Voki offers five plans to serve companies of all sizes — from independent professionals to large operations with hundreds of attendants. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and upgrade at any time.

Plan details

Free — R$ 0/month

Ideal for getting to know the platform and running tests before subscribing. Includes basic features with reduced limits: 1 department, 1 attendant, and up to 50 calls per month. Does not include recording, webhooks, or advanced reports.

When to choose this plan

Use the Free plan to evaluate the platform with no commitment. When you're ready to serve clients in production, upgrade to the Starter plan or higher.

Starter — R$ 497/month

For small businesses just starting with video service. Includes call recording with 30-day retention, satisfaction surveys (NPS/CSAT), and up to 5 attendants across 3 departments.

Business — R$ 1,620/month

For growing companies that need advanced analytics, AI transcription, and webhook integrations. Unlimited departments, up to 50 attendants, 500 GB of storage, and recordings retained for 365 days.

Professional — R$ 3,850/month

For mid-size operations with larger teams. All Business plan features, with support for up to 100 attendants, 1 TB of storage, and multi-participant calls via SFU (Selective Forwarding Unit) technology.

Enterprise — Custom pricing

For large operations with specific requirements. Includes all platform features without limits, with exclusive options:

  • CRM integration (Salesforce) — Synchronize data with your CRM
  • On-premises installation — Host Voki on your own infrastructure
  • Guaranteed SLA — Formal service level agreement

Plan upgrade

To change your current plan:

  1. Go to Settings in the Manager Panel sidebar menu
  2. In the Billing Information section, click "Change Plan"
  3. Select the desired new plan
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Immediate upgrade

The upgrade takes effect immediately — new features are available right away. Billing is adjusted proportionally for the remaining period of the month.


Limit alerts

When your company reaches the resource limits of the current plan (attendants, departments, or calls), the platform automatically displays a friendly alert indicating:

  • Which limit was reached and what the maximum is for your plan
  • Which plan offers the needed feature
  • Green WhatsApp button — Quick, direct contact with the sales team
  • Email button — Message with a pre-filled subject line for convenience

Blocked features

When a limit is reached, the specific feature becomes temporarily unavailable until an upgrade is performed. All other platform features continue operating normally.
